What can be returned

• Wigs in original condition — uncut lace, no styling, in original packaging.
• Bundles in their original sealed packaging.
• Accessories that have not been opened.

What cannot be returned

• Wigs with a cut lace, plucked baby hairs, or any styling done.
• Hair that has been washed, dyed, or had heat applied.
• Custom orders (made to your spec).
• Sale items marked “final sale.”

How to return

1. 1. Email hello@yours.local with your order number and reason.
2. 2. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. 3. Drop your parcel at any Zimbabwe Post or Aramex point.
4. 4. Once we receive and verify, refunds land in 5–7 working days.

Faulty items

If something isn't right — heavy shedding from day one, lace damage, wrong item — let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
