1. Who we are
Yours is a Zimbabwe-registered hair retailer based in Harare. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & payment
All prices are in Zimbabwe Pula (BWP) and include applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed when payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable, in which case you'll be refunded in full.
3. Shipping
See our Shipping page for full details. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.
4. Returns
See our Returns page. Custom orders and final-sale items cannot be returned.
5. Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes counts as acceptance.
